What is the best way to prevent discolouration of the flowers over time?
Your piece is fragile as a whole, take care not to place it in direct sunlight as it will speed up the discolouration of the petals. We also provide a conservation glass option which is 90%+ UV protected and this helps preserve your piece for longer.
How long will it take for my custom piece to arrive?
Most flowers are preserved for three weeks. In this case, please allow four to five weeks from order date.
How do I clean my frame?
Use window cleaner and some paper towel.
Can I choose my preferred timber?
The pieces are matched with the timber that looks best. Let us know if you’d like me to create a custom piece tailored to your liking.
